Food for Thought

The blog is "Like a warm cup of coffee". It was very interesting to learn that there is a club out there for early risers like me! It is called the 5:16 girls. I am not alone!!!! The tips were great food for thought and did reinforce some habits that I have and gave me ideas for others.
