Fever? Oh my!

Well, my DD started running a fever after her ball game last night. Yikes! My imagination starts ruining away with this one. Is it Swine Flu? I quickly found out that we were out of Motrin! So, after just getting back from town, my DS and I ran back into town at 9:30 p.m. and got more Motrin and some ice cream ~ for my DD ~ you know ~ to make her feel better! After a dose of Motrin and some ice cream, she was feeling a lot better. I love Motrin..... I can't imagine my life with kids without it!!! What in the world did my Momma do without it?! My DD is feeling better this morning.... as long as she has her Motrin! On a lighter note..... my DD's softball team won their first game last night!! Go Diamonds! She hit a triple and almost caught a pop up! We were so proud!
Have a great Tuesday friends!

OH no! I hope she's feeling better today. Sounds like the game was great, though!

Take care my friend!
Hope you guys are doing well...other than the fever!

I heart tylenol! I have a friend that rarely medicates her kids, she wants them to sweat it out because she feels it's better for them to let the fever do its "job" rather than bringing it down.

However, I always wanted my kids to be comfortable so I gave them meds for their fever. Hope she gets better soon.

Hey, great minds think alike, huh? I enjoyed my cherry limeade!

Aww, hope she's better today.
Emily has a fever this morning, too. She woke up, ate breakfast, and went back to sleep for almost 3 hours! When she woke up again, she was red and warm. But I gave her Tylenol and she was better :)

Take care...ice cream always makes things better!

I'm glad Motrin is working it's magic and she is feeling better. Hope she is 100 percent fast!

My doctor actually said that if the FDA had to approve Motrin now that they would never do it. The only reason it's still over the counter is that the docs would throw a fit if they had to write a script for it. Have you heard that one? I wonder if that's true.

I, too, want my kids to feel better and am right there with the Motrin and the ice cream. Best wishes that she is all better soon!
