I love Publix!

It has been a while since I have posted any deals I find with coupons. This week at Publix is awesome!

Here is the loot...

less vendor coupons= $6.05

less store coupons = $4.55

less special price savings = $24.72

Total savings = 35.32

Total OOP= $26.29

How great is that!!! I found some more coupons after I got home so I will be returning later this week!

Workin' Publix

We have a new Publix in town! I love to shop at Publix ( especially with coupons!) and this new one is soooo nice. My DD and I made a quick run by there last night and made out great!!!! I had to show you.....

Here is the break down ....

2 Land o lakes butter BOGO 1.89/ .95 each / used 2/.55 IC = .40 each

2 Grape Nut trail mix BOGO 3.99/ 2.00 each / used 1/2.oo IC = 1.00 each

2 Arm/hammer tooth paste BOGO 2.99/ 1.50 each/ used 2 /1.00 IC = .50 each

2 Lysol lemon cleaner BOGO 2.69/1.34 each/ used 2 / .50 IC (doubled) = .35 each

2 Lipton Decf Tea bags BOGO 3.99/ 2.00 each no coupon used= 3.99

4 French's Mustard BOGO 1.69/.85 each/ used 4/.50 MC (doubled) =made .15 off each bottle! they paid me .60 to take these off the shelf for them!!!!

1 half gallon milk 1.79

Bananas .85

1 qt Ziploc bags 1.99 used 1/1.00 Target coupon = .99

1 gallon Ziploc bags 1.99 used 1/1.00 Target coupon = .99

Total in groceries= $45.13

Total savings in coupons= $12.70

Total store savings= $18.86

Total savings= $31.56

Total OOP= $13.57!!!!!!

It is amazing how much money you can save just by spending a little time organizing your coupons! It is an awesome feeling walking out of Pulbix with all of this for just a few dollars!!!!

Workin' Walgreens

I haven't mentioned my coupon deals lately but I am still working hard at stretching my husband paycheck. My DD and I ran into town today to pick up a few things and stopped by Walgreens to see if they had any of the deals I wanted. We went by Sunday, but they were already out of stock. Here is my awesome deal.... small but awesome!!!!

St. Ives body wash $2.99 with a $2.99 Register Reward = FREE!

3 Right Guard deodorants .99ea/Walgreens Coupon (regular price $2.39) used the $2.99 RR

Total OOP for these 4 items..... .18 !!!!!

Total before sales/RR= 10.16 + tax

It is really amazing how much you can save by using coupons and reading the sales papers closely. Just wanted to share my great find!

Publix finds

The kids and I made our weekly Publix run this afternoon. It has become our routine to go on Tuesday afternoon, the day before the sale ends. I didn't get a lot of things but I did get a great price on what I got!!!!! Check it out!

Here is the break down.....

6 boxes Frosted Mini Wheats BOGO $3.89 ~ used 6 $1.00/MC = .95 a box

2 boxes Ritz Crackers BOGO $3.49 ~ used 2 $1.00/Target coupon = .75 a box

2 Bic lighters BOGO $3.49 ~ used 2 $1.00/IC = .75 ea. ( I have always wanted one of these lighters but never wanted to pay the price..... I waited and got two.... for less than the price of one.... it's the little things people!)

1 bag Lifesavers $1.89 ~ no coupon....what???? Just wanted them!

Total before coupons and sales : $39.65

Less store sales: $18.60

Less Internet coupons: $7.00

Less competitor coupons: $2.00

Total savings: $27.60

Total OOP: $12.05
